Brazilian Breakout

Recall the idea that if a currency pair consolidates for a long time, then the eventual breakout is likely to be quite massive in size. The longer the consolidation, the bigger, the more explosive the breakout, whether up or down…..

Case in point:

Brazil does not lose a competitive home game for 39 years between 1975 and 2014 – when the loss came, they went down 1 goal to 7, and did so in the World Cup semi-final.
