Pre-Market Trader Assessment/Readiness Matrix

About a year ago, I posted an example of my “trader readiness matrix” that I consistently completed prior to each trading session.  Here’s the blog post with that entry.

From around October, when I devoted a lot of time to futures trading on the US 10-Year Treasury and the S&P500 index (the “emini”), I stopped doing that, and never got back into the habit of it.

Yesterday I reviewed the matrix and made some changes to it, and I will use it again going forward from today.

Again want to point out that this approach was taught me by Paul Wallace – Paul focuses not only technical trading aspects but also on the psychological elements.
